Eligible condition
Products should be unworn, unaltered and free from marks, scratches or damage, with the original case, cloth, accessories and packaging.
Keep everything
Keep the delivery packaging, shipping label and all product contents until your request has been reviewed.
Damaged or incorrect
Send clear photos of the product, packaging and label with your order reference so the team can assess the issue.
Approval first
Do not send an item back without contacting WOW. An unapproved parcel may not be accepted or identifiable.
How to request an exchange
- Contact WOW with your order reference and checkout phone number.
- Explain the reason and include photos when the item is damaged, incorrect or has a visible issue.
- Wait for return instructions before sending or delivering the product.
- The item will be inspected before an exchange or another available resolution is confirmed.
Items we may not accept
Items showing wear, scratches, accidental damage, modification, missing accessories or incomplete packaging may not qualify. Items damaged through misuse, heat, chemicals or improper storage are also excluded.
Return delivery costs
Return and redelivery costs depend on the reason for the request and will be explained during review. If WOW supplied a verified incorrect or damaged item, contact the team before arranging any shipment.
